Obituary of Sylvia Lohrmann

Pittsford - October 22, 2021 at age 80 passed at home after a long, courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease and Lewy Body dementia. 

Predeceased by her son Scott. Survived by her husband of 59 years Alan; daughters Wendy Ferris; Tracey LoMaglio (Joseph); Nicole Mazzola (Joseph); 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; sister-in-law Kathleen Ciarfello; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Sylvia enjoyed living on Canandaigua Lake, entertaining, traveling and most of all her family and friends.  She owned and operated a successful chocolate business while working along with her mother and daughters in that undertaking.

As Sylvia wished, there will be a private family funeral. The family wishes to acknowledge all the wonderful caregivers who were so helpful over the many years. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a charity of your choice.
