Tom was a very special member of the "Old School" at OGP. My first story I heard about Tom "Tommy" was from Bernie Shedden. Tom hid Bernie's smoking pipe by hanging it high above Bernie's desk from the ceiling. Tom was a very young kid at the time. But his sense of humor was obvious.
As all have noted, Tom was the guy to go to to get things done. He new the best way to resolve an issue. If he didn't like what you said, he had a few good one liners that I can't repeat. But many of you know them well. OGP and the distribution network has had some truly outstanding people. We all are very fortunate to have known them and worked with them. Tom will always remain that list.
I want to extend my deepest sympathies to Debbie and Tom's entire family from all of us at Pacific Inspection Co. He will be missed by all. The memory of Tom will always bring light.

Tom always has time for me...he was a great member of the OGP Team & very knowledgeable...we always got things done but we had fun over the phone and in person...he would bend over backwards to help you...I got to go to Rochester 3 months ago...I wanted to see him and shake his hand but he was "retired"!
You will be missed Tom...Rest in Peace my friend!

Tom was a wonderful colleague to the people he worked with at OGP and our channel partners throughout North America. A fixer, the thorough researched final word, is it available or can it be done. More often than not Tom would know the answer because 'he knew his stuff'. Tom was OGP's 'go to guy' for support of our systems for much of his career. The word of his passing resonated all over North America from our employees, retirees and channel partners and an outpouring of sincere condolences and fond experiences continue to be expressed.
For all the things Tom was professionally he was a friend to everyone that had the opportunity to know him.
Heartfelt sympathy to Debbie and the family on behalf of Tom's OGP family.

Debbie,
I was so sorry to hear this news. Tom was so great to work with and would always find a way to get issues resolved. He never seemed to let things get to him, but rather met each situation with a smile and his wonderful chuckle. My condolences to you and all of your family during this sad time.

For almost 20 years, Tom was a daily phone call, to laugh, trade a jab, and solve a problem. A friend who you could always count on to be there and to do the right thing.

Growing up you were our kid brother....always with Joe, always laughing and having fun. Your laugh was contagious, your smile lit up the room. Our lives so much better because of you. Well done, Tom...rest in peace. May your heavenly drives be long and straight...Uncle Joe was waiting for you to show up.
