Obituary of Connie Profeta

Passed away peacefully at the age of 92 on Friday, January 8, 2021, in the presence of her loving family.  Predeceased by her wonderful husband of 52 years, Joseph P. Profeta.  Survived by her children:  Estelle (Marty Mulla), Samuel (Suzy)Profeta, Carol Pennica (Steven Quigley), Marie (Mike) Seaman, Judy (Rick) Gourley.  Grandchildren: Michael J (Gina) Seaman, Nicholas (Mallory) Seaman, Natalie (Justin) Gales, Stephanie (Rick) Knaak, Joe (Sarah) Pennica, Kai (Elyse) Pennica, Lisa Profeta, Jean (Mike) Fitch, Devoted Sister Josephine (Sam) Centanni.   Companion and love of 20 years, Salvatore Tripi.  Life-Long Best Friend, Lucy Ciresi; special nephew that was more like a son, Joe (Bonnie) Rizzari; 16 Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews here and on the West Coast. 

We celebrate her life as an amazing mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, sister, friend and neighbor.  The matriarch of the family she loved so unselfishly.  She loved life and always wanted to be the last one to leave a party.

The family will be celebrating mass at St. John of Rochester, 8 Wickford Way, Fairport on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 12:00 pm.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions there will be no calling hours. If you would like to attend the mass, please go to stjohnfairport.org to make a reservation.  Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed.    Mass will be live streamed on St. John’s website.  Memories of Connie may also be left at falvofuneralhome.com on a tribute wall.
