Webster - Entered the hands of the Lord on January 6th, 2021 at the age of 74. Kathy was a 10-year uterine cancer survivor. She was an employee of Eastman Kodak for 18 years in building 65, 9 years a cytology technician at The Genesee Hospital and 3 years as hall monitor at Webster Schroeder High School.
She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and loved by many family relatives and friends.
She is predeceased by her parents Norman and Mary Wittman, her in laws Peter and Raffaela Bartlotta and sister and brother-in-law Teresa and Gary Carletta.
She is survived by her husband Peter Bartlotta Jr, daughter Deena Cabral, the light of her life, her grandson Samuel Cabral (Maria Leone), her identical twin sister Mary Ann (Charles) Scardino. She was an awesome aunt to Carrie Seitz (Greg), Ross Scardino (Ania Kosmider), David Carletta (Stephanie), Sara Carletta (Matt Ceracchi), Charlie Seitz, Hudson Carletta, and her little beloved dog Khloe Marie.
We will be celebrating her life with a Mass at St. Rita's Church Monday at 10 am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, a full family and friend celebration in the fashion that she deserves and would make her proud will be held on a future date.
The family would like to thank the very dedicated staff at Rochester General Hospital who helped keep her comfortable and were with her and holding her hands when her exhausted body took its last breath.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice or to ASPCA, which was her favorite charity.
My mom became a COVID statistic on January 6th. Please wear your masks when you go out in public. Only we can stop the spread of this disease. Please do not take your loved ones for granted, tell them you love them and give hugs and kisses always. Life will never be the same without you.
