Predeceased by his parents Christopher & Clara Oliver, brother and sister-in-law, Christopher & Dawn Oliver, children’s mother Kathy Ciaccia. Survived by his daughter’s Shawn (Paul) Kelly, Sandra Maxwell (Bill Riddle), 3 granddaughters & 3 great-grandchildren. 

Due to current restrictions, Frank’s services were held privately. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to Lollypop Fam.
