Obituary of Felice R. Rucci

Felice Rocco Rucci, age 84, of Victor, New York, passed away on May 2, 2020 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Felice was born in Roccaraso, Italy to Napoleone and Risolina Rucci in 1935.  He married his wife Lombarda in 1963 and moved to America where he provided a beautiful life for his family.  He was a dedicated employee of Eastman Kodak for 26 years.  In his retirement, he enjoyed doting on his beloved grandchildren and tending to his garden and his many treasured rosebushes and fruit trees. He will always be remembered as a selfless, hardworking man ready to help anyone.  He was happiest when he was surrounded by family and friends.

Felice was survived by his devoted wife of 57 years, Lombarda; caring children Napoleone (Mary); Sergio (Christina) and Sabrina (Mark) Spallacci. Eight adored grandchildren, Justin (Elizabeth), Nicholas and Lucas Rucci; Liliana, Felice and Iselle Rucci; Malayna and Mia Spallacci. Three precious great-grandchildren, Catherine, Napoleone and Sofia.  He was also survived by his brothers, Pasquale (Rosalina) and Diego (Grazia) of Italy; brother and sister in laws in Rochester and Canada; many nieces and nephews in Italy, Rochester and Canada.

Felice was predeceased by his parents Napoleone and Risolina; brothers, Leonardo, Benito, Riccardo, Evasio and sister Antonella.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a funeral service will be held privately for the family at Falvo Funeral Home in Webster.  Reverend James Schwartz of Church of the Holy Spirit will be officiating at a private burial service at White Haven Cemetery.
