Rochester: April 18, 2020. Age 92, Predeceased by his wife Bienvenida and his two brothers. Survived by his children Myrian (Ramon) Torres, Dominic (Heide) Santiago, Florine (Michael) Francis, Edwin (Miriam) Santiago, Ana (Eric) Santiago-Boer, 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, his brother Felix (Margaret) Santiago, his brother in law and sister in law. Luis and Aida Santiago, many nieces and nephews in Rochester and Puerto Rico.
Graveside services were private in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
