Survived by his children David (Damaris), Danny & Joe Blake; stepchildren Tim (Danielle), Kelly (Tim), Brittany & Nicholas; his mother Utako Makon; 4 grandchildren; brother James (Donna) Blake; sisters Linda (Randy) West & Terry (Mike) Infantino; best friends Ron Ruggles & Frank DiVincenzo; many nieces and nephews.
