Obituary of Martha J. Peralta-Benfante

Martha Jeanne Peralta-Benfante, 70, of Webster, New York, died peacefully in her home amongst her beloved family on the afternoon of Friday, October 18th, 2019.  Born September 2nd, 1949 in Rochester, New York, she is pre-deceased by her parents, Albert and Josephine (Caccamise) Peralta, and her sister Joanne Farabell.

Martha (known as “Mema” by her grandchildren and “Martie” by her close friends) was a gifted healer.  A registered nurse by profession, she donated over 50 years to the healthcare industry and dedicated her life to being a devout caregiver & fierce advocate for all she loved.

Survivors include her sons Jason, Adam, & Matthew Benfante, her daughters-in-law, Cassandra & Natalie Benfante, and her four grandchildren, Lillian, Norah, Nicholas, & Margot Benfante, her nephew RJ Farabell, and her niece Janine Farabell.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday October 24th from 4PM - 8PM at Falvo Funeral Home 1295 Fpt Nine Mile Pt Rd. Webster NY. Services will be conducted on Friday October 25th at 11:15AM at St. Rita Church(1008 Maple Drive) for her Funeral Service.
