Irondequoit - July 9, 2019 on his 63rd birthday. After a struggle with lung cancer, he passed away peacefully surrounded by his three loving daughters. Predeceased by his parents, Guido and Arlene. Survived by his daughters Susan Smalter, Rosemarie (Daniel) Washburn and Linda Vitale; Grandchildren, Collin, Ethan, Noah and April; Brothers, Anthony and Joseph (Michael); Sisters, Elizabeth (Terry) Burdge, Charlene (Wes) and Darlene (Ned); the mother of his 3 girls, Rosemary Frank; Aunt Josephine, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Carl loved his four-legged fur babies - Diesel (son) and Boomer (grandpup).

Calling hours Tuesday 7/16, 4-8 PM at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd. Webster. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday 10:30 AM at Saint Ambrose Church (Culver at Empire). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
