Philip Blando

Webster - Passed away peacefully on June 15, 2019 at age 90. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Madaline; also sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Philip worked for GM at the Rochester plant for over 25 years. He enjoyed gardening and playing his accordion. He will always be in our hearts.
