Rochester: April 10, 2019. Predeceased by his grandmother Luzdubina Pichardo. Survived by his wife Carmen Hernandez; mother Maria DeLeon; sister Nancy DeLeon; nieces, nephew & other relatives and friends.
Richard was a member of the La Iglesia de Cristo Yo Soy La Puerta.
