Obituary of Samuel Delacruz

Samuel Delacruz, resident of Irondequoit, NY, passed away on April 8, 2019 at the age of 86 after loosing his battle to Alzheimer's disease.  Samuel is survived by his wife of 64 years and his children, Carmen Delacruz, Hector Delacruz (deceased), Gerardo Delacruz, Milagros Martinez, Norma Mendez, Lourdes Delacruz, Jaime Delacruz, Evelyn Reed and Jose Delacruz ; 20 grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. 

Samuel Delacruz was a dedicated member of the church. He felt passionately about teaching the word of GOD to his students in Bible Institute. He was loved by his students and was admired by so many. Samuel also served as a church musician in where he would play the instrument known as the "Guiro".

He loved teaching, singing, and watching his favorite wrestling show called "WWE". One of his favorite past times was spending quality time on Sundays with his grandchildren. His Family meant the world to him, which was evident in everything he did. 

A celebration of his life will be held on Monday April 15, 2019 between the hours of 4-8pm, Falvo Funeral Home 1395 N Goodman St, Rochester, NY 14609. The memorial service will be held at Pentecostal Christian Missionary Church on April 16 between the hours of 10am-12 noon ; located at 523 North St, Rochester NY 14607.
