Predeceased by parents John & Grace Hays and brother Stephen. Survived by husband of 27 years Ronald and daughters Allison (fiance John Boyle), Annette & Erica Cappellino; sister Linda (Doug )Graham, numerous nieces and nephews.

Calling hours Thur 3-8 pm at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Rd. (Rte. 250) Webster. Please meet the family 11 am Friday at Faith Lutheran Church (2576 Browncroft Blvd. 14625) for her funeral services. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
