Rita F. Bellingham (Pilato)

Irondequoit - August 3, 2018, age 88. Predeceased by her parents, Nicola and Josephine Pilato; her sisters, Josephine Serafine, and Gloria Loria. Survived by her son, Michael and daughter-in-law, Sandy Dodge; grandchildren, Steven (Carleigh) Bellingham, Christopher, and Michele Bellingham; great-grandchildren, Michael, Lea, Lane, William, and Jason; also many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.

Rita was a school teacher for the Rochester City School District. Before that she taught at the School of the Blind in Batavia. She was an artist, a member of the Irondequoit Art Club, and the Rochester Teacher's Assoc. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They were the light of her life. She will be dearly missed.

Calling, THURSDAY 5-8 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:30 PM at the end of calling hours both at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Road (Webster, Rte 250). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm. Interment, private.
