I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to the family for the loss of your dear Vincent. I hope that you will find comfort in the words of Jesus at John 5:28,29 where he promised that the day is coming when he is going to resurrect back to life those in the grave. Until then, it is just like they are sleeping. (John 11:11-13) May your family draw strength from Jehovah, the God of all Comfort.

Dear Nora, Nick and family,
Vinnie and Jerry Luciano broke me in when I first started at RPD. I remember my first night of walking a beat alone. I was on Central Park with no radio. And broke up a fight between two guys one who had an iron pipe. I was circled by a crowd of their friends and knew I was in trouble. But Vinnie and Jerry pulled up with sirens and flashers and I lived to see another day.
Vinnie was a mentor to me both on the RPD and the DA's office. He was always a true friend and a great cop. I'm so sorry for your loss.

I'm very upset for his passing even though the day before Saturday, My mom told me we were going to visit my dad in the hospital on Sunday but then he decided the time has come on Saturday morning. So I never got to see him in the hospital! ;( R.I.P. Dad! Love you very very much. With much help of letting me grow up to the man I become, helping me with getting my learner's permit to drive and then brought be to the empty parking lot of my old school to get the ropes of driving our 2008 Dodge Gran Caravan SXT and then let me drive home from there. Been to my High School Graduation. Swam with me in the pool in our Hotel in Connecticut visiting family when I was little and our fun travels to San Diego - CA, Ontario - Canada, Niagra Falls - NY, Niagra Falls - Canada, Orlando - FL, Sodus Point - NY and so on. You are an amazing father and husband to my mom and father to all other members of the family! Love you!
~ Your son,
Bradley Penisse
