Jack A. DiPaolo
Rochester- March 27, 2018. Age 94. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Marie; children Joyce (Frank) Magnera, Yvonne (John) Schutt, Mary (James) Frederick, John (Maria) DiPaolo, Jacqueline (David) Barney; 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; sisters Mary (Richard) Rice, Ann Bender; several nieces and nephews.
Jack was the most caring and generous man we have ever known. Until his last breath, he always protected his wife and children. He was most proud of serving in the Army during World War II and retired Detective from the Rochester Police Department. He was an active member in the American Legion and the DAV. A special thanks to the staff of Hope 2 at MCH for their wonderful care.
Friends may call Friday, April 13th, 5-8 pm at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd, Webster, NY 14580. A prayer service will be held Saturday, April 14th , 9:30 am at Falvo Funeral Home 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt Rd. Webster. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Interment at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd, Pittsford, NY 14534.
