Badger, Marilyn
Rochester: Passed away September 18, 2017.
Marilyn was born March 24, 1928 in Malone N.Y. She is predeceased by her parents, Edward Fagan and Marie Amblo and her son Steven St. Marie. She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Rapin (William) 2 sons; Steven Valley (Mary) and Joel St. Marie. Granddaughters Renee Cole(Kevin),Amanda St. Marie, Hannah St. Marie, Angela Finkbiel (Tim) Dawn Perkins,6 grandsons; Eric Rapin, Stewart Rapin, Nathan Rapin, Joshua Martin, Brete Freida ,Aaron Freida and Carl Perkins. 13 greatgrandchildren and finally family and friends too numerous to mention whose lives she has touched with her remarkable self-effacing humor and her depthless compassion.
Marilyn was a model employee of Acco products. She helped the American Red Cross with their terrific I'm O.K. program. Marilyn enjoyed all sports. She particularly enjoyed preparing a meal and having family over on Sunday and watching her Buffalo Bills. Marilyn was a dutiful and passionate
supporter and parishioner at all-inclusive Spiritus Christi Church. Father Jim would always greet her and her great friend Ruth with a big smile and hugs but more importantly a great comedic quip that she always enjoyed. She loved music. She conversed with John Lee Hooker, Dizzy Gillespie and Mitch Ryder to name
a few. But most of all Marilyn was a devoted Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother. Truly adored by all; never missing a birthday or anniversary. A model of a life lived exquisitely. We "hit the lottery" without spending a dime.
A celebration of Marilyn's life will be held at Kim and William Rapin's residence on Wellesley Island September 30th.ALL are welcome, because that is the only way Marilyn would allow it.
