White, Donald E.
Irondequoit: Donald E. White, born September 11, 1931, of Rochester, NY, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 14, 2017. He was a resident of St. Ann's Home, of Rochester, NY at the time of his passing.
Donald worked at Xerox, and General Dynamics. He was a veteran of the US Navy and the Korean War. He received his Master's Degree from University of Rochester, and Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from RIT. He was also alumni of Aquinas Institute. Donald was an avid sports fan, especially of the Buffalo Bills.
Donald was very loving of his wife of 58 years Jean White. He also loved and was very proud of his children, John White, Donna White, Diane White-Bonacci and her husband Adam, as well as his grandchildren, Nick Dostal, and Sophia Bonacci. He is also survived by his sister Delma Phiel, as well as nieces and nephews.
The family will have a Memorial Service for Donald on Friday, July 21st at 10:30 am at the Chapel at St. Ann's Home, 1500 Portland Ave, Rochester, NY 14621. He will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612.
