Obituary of George R. Perrotta

Perrotta, George R. Victor, NY: On January 6, 2017, at the age of 96. Predeceased by his loving wife Loretta, father Ralph, mother Rose, brothers Anthony and Joseph, sisters, Christine Cinotti, and Mary Cosentino. George is survived by his sons, John (Linda) of AZ, George M. (Deborah), and Paul (Janine) Perrotta; grandchildren, Michael (Darci), Mark (Leslie), Nicholas, and Michelle; great-grandchildren, Peyton, and Mason Perrotta; his sister, Helen Antetomaso. Also many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. George was a WWII Veteran, Past President of KSJ Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Com. #308, Nocturnal Adoration Society, Daily Communicant, Eucharist Minister, Lector. Barber at the Rochester Club for 20 years. Retired from Antetomaso Construction after 20 years. First Catholic Courier's Newspaper delivery boy. Owned George's Barbershop at East Ave. and Gibbs St. Trip Organizer at St. James Church. President of St. James Men's Club. Member of Il Coro Italiano. No prior calling hours. George's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, January 9th at 9:30 AM in Peace of Christ at St. James Church (130 Brett Rd. 14609). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary in c/o Maria Cinotti FMM, 8124 Edgemere Blvd., El Paso, TX 79925 or to Benincasa Hospice, Inc., 3880 Rush-Mendon Rd., Mendon, NY 14506. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
