To the Family of "Billy" Norris: Although we have not met personally, I understand the pain you are feeling at this time. I worked with Billy at the Iron. Post Office, and I also worked with his father at the Jefferson Rd. P.O. many years ago. During those days it was a pleasure to work at the P.O.,but times have certainly changed. It was a pleasure to have known Billy (We would also call him "Chuck" Norris, Walker,Texas Ranger). Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of your dear loved one.

Dear Lori and Family,
I have never met you or your children but I knew Billy, Don and their Mom and Dad, during early years of growing up. I married Billy's cousin, Georgia. Your father in law, Fred and Georgia's mother were brother and sister. I remember many enjoyable times at the home on Klem Road, with Nina and Bud.
Please accept my sincere and deepest expression of sympathy for your loss. I will pray for your enjoyment of awesome memories of your lives together and wish that smiles appear whenever you think of him. This is a time of celebration and appreciation. A time filled with the rich and genuine support and comfort that will be there for you from close family and friends. Your hearts are full. May they remain so.....
Warmest personal regards,
Bill
