to my cousin, Sandra, and Charlie's family,
just wanted to say how very sorry I am about Charlie. my condolences to his family members and Sandra! the Habes family are very sorry for your loss. we thank Charlie for his unselfish duty, and service to the united states army . god bless! our prayers and thoughts are with you all!
