Obituary of Salvatore Spitale

Spitali, Salvatore, "Sam" Webster: November 9, 1950-August 12, 2011. Sam is now home with the Lord. He is predeceased by his parents, Salvatore & Carmella (Sorrentino) Spitali, sister Francis (Spitali) Puglia; brother Bill Spitale Sr. Survived by his loving wife Pamela (Carroll) Spitali, loving daughters, Marissa, Jessica & Sarabeth Spitali. Loving step-daughters Dayna, Jamie & Nina Carroll, Step grandson Troy Carroll. Father & mother in-law Richard (Marilyn) Zaccaria. Sister in-law & brothers in-law, Kim (Dennis) Fantauzzo & Rick Zaccaria. Nephews & Nieces, Bill Spitale, Michael (Diane) Spitale, David (Sue) Spitale, Karen (Roger) Montembeault, Roseanne (Puglia) Keith, Jan Puglia & Sammy Puglia. Many great-nieces, great- nephews & cousins. Also the Sorrentino, Oliveri & the Guadagnino families. Also many loved brothers & Sisters in Christ and of course "Sonny". No Prior calling. Sam's memorial service will be held 10 Am Tuesday at Koinonia Fellowship. 500 Main Street, East Rochester, where Sam's family will receive family & friends after services from 11:30 AM-3PM in the Agape Hall at Koinonia Fellowship. Family would like to express many thanks to the staff and caregivers at The Palliative Center for Caring at St. Anne's Community.
