Survived by several nieces, nephews and friends. Per Michael's request there are no prior calling hours and Entombment will be private at White Haven.
Michael's family expresses their sincere appreciation to the staff and caregivers at the Grande Ville in Greece, and to Dr. Fantauzzo and Dr. Newlande and their staffs at Wilmot Cancer Center.
