Obituary of Thomas Coffey

Coffey, Thomas John Irondequoit: April 9, 2011 Age 63. Passed away after a brief illness. Predeceased by parents Robert & Mary (Mae) Coffey (Bayonne, New Jersey); in-laws Alexander & Rosemary Loria. Survived by his wife Joan M. (Loria) Coffey; sons Jeffrey (Michelle) Coffey, Michael (Terri) Coffey, and Stephen Coffey; precious granddaughter Lucie Rose Coffey; brother, Robert (Jeanie) Coffey of Florida; sister Mary (Jerry) Schwerdt of New Jersey; sister-in-law Carolyn (David) Rucinski; Uncle Peter Napoletano; special friends, Mae D'Angelo Gullo and David Corona; also many nieces, nephews and cousins. Tom was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co., and a member of the Kodak recreational softball team. He also worked for Alstom Transport in Hornell. Tom enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his granddaughter. He was an avid sports fan, movie buff, and a loving father. T.C. will always be remembered for the fond memories we shared, one-of-a-kind personality, and his unique sense of humor. No prior calling. Family and friends are invited to attend Thomas' Memorial Mass on Wed., April 13 at 10 am at St. Andrews Church. Entombment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
