I was saddened to have found this after 6 plus years doing a google search on people who once inspired me and made an impact on my life one way or another. Bob and I met in 1984 when he took me under his wing as a "green" 19 year old as he taught me how to sell the Encyclopaedia Britannica. We also shared a stint together with Worldbook. Bob was indeed a great salesman and I remember to this day many of the tips and tricks of the trade that he taught me along with being a professional. Great memories of that time. RIP Bob and my condolences to the family.
