To: Ronnie, Barbara and Lisa I want to extend my sympathy to all of you on the loss of your mother. Although I hadn't seen her much in recent years I remember her from when Ronnie and Barbara were little. Dolores always made me feel welcome and she certainly made me laugh a lot. She had a great sense of humor and I definitely admired her "laid back" style. One of the instances I remember was when your Grandfather Maier was having his 80th Birthday party. It was a very cold blizzard type day and driving was treacherous. Being the sane one--he didn't show up for this party. I was sitting next to your mother at the bar and she couldn't get over his blowing the whole thing off. I can't remember all she said but I remember laughing at all her zingers.
