Hoff, Mary
Fairport/East Rochester:
March 27, 1921 - November 21, 2010.
"The mildest manners and greatest heart." Peacefully, after a brief illness, the eldest of four daughters of August & Eva (Mauro) Corea (both deceased).
Survived by daughter, Judy and son-in-law, Tom Guarino and their family, Tom (Dawn), Todd, Troy (Sandi) and Tayt; daughter-in-law, Linda Hoff; grand-daughter, Jennifer (Frank) Schillaci; sisters, Anna Dianetti and Justine Furano; brother-in-law, Edward O'Brien; dear friend, Jim Catallo and the Catallo family. "Auntie Mary" to special nieces, LuAnn Furano (Ken Picciano), Kara (Bart) LaGrassa; nephews, Leo (Linda) Dianetti and Paul (Elaine) O'Brien, M.D.; several great-nieces & nephews; and 10 great-grandchildren. Mary is predeceased by her husband, Glenn, Sr.; son, Glenn, Jr. and sister, Katherine Corea-O'Brien. Mary was a devoted mother and home-maker. Many a Saturday night Mary enjoyed dancing at the Oatka Inn. She was the friendly smile that greeted shoppers at Saxtons in East Rochester and when the shop relocated to County Club Plaza she was known as one the "Fuleihan Girls".
Calling Wednesday, 4-8 PM at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Nine Mile Point Rd. (Route 250)
(No calling Thanksgiving Day).
On Friday, family and friends will meet at St. Jerome's Church for her Funeral Mass at 10 A.M.
Interment White Haven Memorial Park.
