Obituary of Roberta Sunter

Sunter, Roberta Rochester: Roberta Colie Sunter passed away quietly of natural causes, at age 89, on October 21st at Saint Ann's Home in Rochester, NY. Born in St Louis, Missouri, Roberta was predeceased by her husband, William A. Sunter, and is survived by her brother, Robert (Lucille) Colie of Frederickburg, Texas; her son, William E. and his wife Susan; her granddaughter, Alison (Michael) Marsh; and her great-granddaughter, Lula Marie Marsh of Rochester, NY. Roberta was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran, and a long time resident of Fairfield, Connecticut, where she was a teacher, owner of the Iron Horse Gift Shop, and a loving mother. She was a good woman with a big heart and will be missed by those who knew her.
