Survived by his daughters, Laura Philbrick and Donna (Scot) Studebaker; grandchildren, Amanda and Aaron Philbrick, Sydney and Jake Studemaker; sister, Josephine Levatino; brother-in-law, Peter Utaro; many nieces and nephews; good friend and former wife, Hillary Jacobs. Sam was a graduate of East High School, a disabled Korean War vet., Rochester Police Officer for 22 years, a member of the Rochester Police Benevolent Assoc., Eastman Kodak employee for 5 years., US Postal Worker for 10 years, and the owner of Standard breed horses.
