Mary Lou and Vince, I am so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was a great man; Growing up 3 doors down from his shop has given me so many fond memories I will cherish them for the rest of my life. I had stayed in touch with Joe, I liked stopping by and talking with him. He liked seeing my oldest son Joe when he was little riding his bike in the lot just like I did when I was little boy. The end of last summer he was telling my son Eric stories from my childhood and we talk about importing wine and tobacco pipes from Italy, I just can’t believe he’s gone. My thoughts are with you.

Our whole family was shocked at the news. We feel that we have lost a part of our family. Though we didn't see each other as often as we would have liked, our love between each other is still there and we will always be there for each other. I'm sorry just doesn't seem enough to say. Please, please don't ever hesitate to call if you need anything and take your time (each one of you's) to get the closure you need. We love all of you's and share in your pain. He was special and will not be forgotten for all the memories he made for each person's life he touched.

To the family of Joe Pace - it was with great sadness that on arrival at the Sicilian Sports Club Tuesday evening I heard of Joe's passing. I met Joe several years ago when I joined the Sicilian Sports Club. I had the honor and privilege to sit at a table with Joe and other friends of his ever since my first meeting - I feel I can call him "m'amico" and I will miss him very much. As President of The Vincent Lombardi Lodge of The Sons of Italy, I send to you, on behalf of our members, our our prayers and sincerest regrets on your loss. Yes, we will all miss Joe very much.
