Obituary of Peter Dannenfeldt

Dannenfeldt, Peter Rochester: WWII Navy Veteran, 85, died Wednesday, March 17, 2010. The widower of Vicki Dannenfeldt, who died in 1990. He is survived by his daughter, Tina (Joe) Simson of Victor; his son, Peter (Doris) Dannenfeldt of Irondequoit; grandchildren, Libby, Joshua and Michael Simson and Jacob and Victoria Dannenfeldt. A Memorial Service and reception for family and friends will be held Monday at 4:30 PM at the First Unitarian Church of Rochester, 220 Winton Rd. N., Rochester, NY 14610. Private burial with family will be Monday at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Peter's children are deeply grateful for the loving care provided by all the staff on Friendship 3 East at the Monroe Community Hospital. He lived his last days surrounded by angels. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions to the RAIHN program for homeless families at the First Unitarian Church of Rochester.
