Obituary of Donna Fielding

Fielding Donna Donna May Fielding passed away peacefully from melanoma at her Pittsford home on October 14, 2011 at the age of 65. Donna is survived by her husband, Ronald Fielding, children Rachel (Marc) Luyben, Daniel Fielding, and Michael Fielding; 2 granddaughters Alison and Emma Luyben; sister Kay (David) Martens, brother Dale (Roxanne) Carlson, special cousin Marcia Nyman and many other family and friends. Donna was born in New Ulm, MN May 3,1946. She graduated from Winthrop High School in 1964 and started college at North Dakota State later graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology with a BA in Accounting. She managed the accounting department at Conifer Development before becoming a full time homemaker. Donna served on several area boards including The Children's Institute and the Seneca Park Zoological Society. She also supported many arts and educational organizations in the Rochester and Charleston, SC areas. A memorial gathering will be held at the George Eastman House on November 1, 2011 from 5-7pm In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Children's Institute, Downstairs Cabaret Theater or the Seneca Park Zoological Society.
