Uncle Tony--the laughter, singing, piano playing, and his wisdom he shared with everyone. When the Guarino's were in town there was never a dull moment. Uncle Tony's New York accent still echo's in my memories. He always had a smile and words of encouragement when he would greet you. Labor Day weekends at the cottage was an escape from all your worries. Uncle Tony giving us rides in the boat on the lake and the annual barbecues at the cottage. What great memories he gave us. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love from Paul, Megan, Nathan and Noah

My memories are of a young Uncle Tony and Family. When we went to Rochester once, Uncle Tony convinced Dad that we could all go out to eat at a drive-in (as kids the only time we ate out was at the Tastee Freeze (for a small cone) or the soda fountain. We went to McDonalds and had fries and milk shakes and we thought we were in Heaven. Uncle Tony always tried to think of fun things for us to do. When I was a teen, I saved my babysitting money for a tape recorder, Uncle Tony brought me a reel to reel from the shop and I used it and enjoyed it for many many years until I wore it out. I know he charged me exactly what I had saved even though I know it was more expensive. We love you Guarinos and May the Peace of Christ be with you and your families and friends during this difficult time.

I remember when Uncle Tony's clan would visit the Frank "Kid" Camuso clan in Brockway. They would arrive late at night in the biggest car we had ever seen. We were allowed to stay up and wait for their arrival. Coming from a small town we were all ears when Uncle Tony told us an interesting story about the big city. Uncle Tony was easy going and always laughing. We will miss you. Love Bernie and Sue Hockman

I remember visiting Uncle Tony’s on Labor Day weekend. It was always a blast, so much fun for a kid. My Dad Frank (“kid”) Camuso (Aunt Marie's brother) would drive North from Brockway, PA after work on Friday, arriving late at night in Rochester, we would spend the night, have a big breakfast and head out to the lake. I remember Uncle Tony as the ultimate optimist playing the Piano tinkering with a TV and always a good story to tell. We miss you Uncle Tony. Love Joe, Janie, Emily and Drew Camuso. Whangarei, New Zealand.

The kid-packed cadillac would pull in to Grandma Camuso's driveway well past midnight. With arms and legs pouring out every door, the kids untangled themselves while Uncle Tony laughed his way out of the driver's door and glided into the house to greet Grandma and Grandpa, my mom and dad and little Johnny and Jeanne, Jeff and Jim. We all have vivid and fun memories of the Camuso gatherings at 208 South Main Street in Punxsy, Corwin Road, Alleghany Park, Brockway and beyond! And, as we Martino's made our trips to the Guarino house on Corwin Road, how we anticipated that street sign after the 4 hour drive! We would visit Uncle Tony at the store and then have the biggest meal when he arrived home. To all of our dear cousins from Rochester - Kenny, Judy, Eddie, Bob, Ron, Mark, Eric & Carol - and their families - the Martino's in Punxsy send our deepest sympathies and will carry the memories forever. While we may not all be able to be with you this weekend, know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and we will plan to see you soon. Warmly, Cousin Jeanne & Bobby writing for Aunt Anita, Uncle John, John/Joyce/Todd/Lauren, Jeff/Vic Jim, Jason/Sue/Julia & Delaney

No better family to visit with growing up. Anthony always welomed me in to the Guarino home as a youngster and later in to Commercial, that wonderful man haven. Always full of fun, love and like me, a tinkerer of all electrical and remorseful of our throw away society, I will miss him like a member of my own family.

Being the eldest niece, and only daughter of Uncle Tony's sister, Antoinette, I have memories of Uncle Tony lifting old television sets, with my Uncle Larry Wojcik and my Dad, Vincent Barone..their knees bent at 9o degree angles, as each heavy tv set (the VERY heavy type, back in the early 1950's) was put on the back of the old Commercial TV truck. He was my special handsome, kind, talented Uncle. An inventor, musician, and most of all, a lover of his whole family, and especially proud of his Italian heritage. You play the piano, Uncle Tony, while Mom and Noni sing, and Aunt Marie cooks, up in Heaven. We will miss you terribly, but we will hear you 'playing.'
