Calarco, Joseph Jr. Irondequoit: Joe, age 76 returned home to God January 14, 2009. Hardworking with a passion for the food business, owner of Calarco's Italian Meat Market & Calarco Food Brokers. Served the U.S. Army in the Korean War. Active member & Past President of Lakeshore Kiwanis. Joe filled his world with family & friends & enriched our days with laughter & love. The sun shined for him everyday. He shared his generosity with all who crossed his path. Survived by his loving wife, Patricia Russo; daughters, Patricia (Anthony) Dioguardi, Linda (Steven) Ventura, Lisa Calarco (Fransico Bermudez); their mother, Jean Calarco; step children Dr. John P. (Tina) Risolo, Joelle Risolo- (Mark) Vail; brother, Albert (Norma) Calarco; mother-in-law, Nancy Russo; sisters-in-law, Grace Calarco, Barbara Curcio; brother-in-law, Richard (Roxanne) Russo; ten grandchildren, Steven, Stefanie, Gina, Francisco, Brandon, Nicole, Isabella, Olivia, Jackson & Luke; godchildren, Sharon Albano, Joseph Calarco and Michael Crisafulli. Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Gilda; his brothers, Sam, Reno, Jimmy & his sister Theresa Albano. Calling Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Nine Mile Point Rd. (Rte. 250).
