Janet and Beth told me about your mom. Although I never had the opportunity to meet your mom I know of the long battle that she had with her illness. Having gone through that with my father I know the strain on all of you. We can rest assured that she is now at peace with God and free from pain. my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Maryangela and family, My heart sank when I opened my paper this morning and saw that your mom had passed away. I am so sorry for your loss. I adored your mom. I was happy when I'd walk into one of my classes and see that your mom was our teacher for the day. She was the best. She was a no nonsense woman with a heart of gold. I was always amazed that she could walk into a classroom- no matter the subject- and knew so much about that subject, even Spanish. Very impressive. They don't make 'em like that any more.
