Survived by stepchildren, Elsa Polaski, Raymond (Margie) Suarez, Iris (Kiko) Diaz; grandchildren, Dominic, Mickey (Heather) Reyes, Ray (Althea) Suarez, Yari Guevara, Annette (Joe) Kendrick, John Suarez; great-grandchildren, Steve, Jake, Ray, Geanna, Madison, Trinity, Amanda, Mickey, Antonio, Nissa, Angela (Nick), Michael and Amanda; great-great-grandchildren, Yvette Mariah, Steven and Mia.
Family and friends may attend a Memorial Mass Saturday June, 28, 2008 at 11 am in St. John's Church, 2400 W. Ridge Rd. Rochester.
