Obituary of Lillian DiPrima

DiPrima, Lillian T. Brighton: April 24, 2013, peacefully surrounded by family at age 90 after a brief illness. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Joseph in 2006; parents, Elizabeth (Dalberth) and John Versage; sister, Josephine Versage; brothers-in-laws, Charles (Josephine), Anthony, Frank and Samuel DiPrima. Survived by loving and devoted children, Mary (Gary) Reeves, Joanne (Frank) Aprilano and Michael (Kathleen) DiPrima; grandchildren, Michele (Jeff) Mosca, Richard (Erin) DiPrima of Minneapolis, MN, Robert DiPrima of Charleston, SC and Christine (Dion) Mraz of Boston, MA; great-grandchildren, Katherine Lillie and Caroline Mosca, Joseph Michael, John, Maria and Anna DiPrima; sister, Elizabeth Versage; brother, Joseph (Delores) Versage; many nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends, Loretta Patterson and Chrissy Carpenter; as well as many cherished friends at the Legacy Blossom. Mrs. DiPrima always displayed warmth and grace that derived from spiritual strength. Whether as a wife, mother or friend, her life was noted for courageous and selfless acts, always placing the needs of other before her own. Together with her husband her greatest joy came from love of family, her greatest strength from a blessed marriage. Her family will receive friends on Sunday 2-6 at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Road (Rte. 250). On Monday, please join her family at St. Joseph's Church (43 Gebhardt Road) at 10AM for her Funeral Mass. In her memory donations may be made to Nativity Preparatory Academy, 15 Whalin St., Rochester, NY 14620 or McQuaid Jesuit H.S., 1800 Clinton Avenue, Rochester, 14618. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
