Obituary of Rita A. Lukacko

Entered eternal rest on March 12, 2026, at age 93. Predeceased by her husband, Tony. Survived by her devoted children, David (Sheila); Laura (John) Monaco and Donna (Scott) Cooper; Loving grandchildren, Amanda, Katie (Harrison), Chrissy (Corey), Michael, Brittany (Matt), Nicole (Anthony) and Sam; Great-grandchildren, Landon, Cameron, Madison, Makenna, Kendall and Anthony; Also, many extended family and friends. 

Calling hours will be held on Friday, March 20, from 4pm – 7pm at Falvo Funeral Home 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Rd. Webster, N.Y. 14580. On Saturday, please join the family for her Funeral Mass at 10am at St. John the Evangelist Church 2400 W Ridge Rd. Rochester, N.Y. 14626. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. Ann’s Nursing Home.
