Obituary of Helen Amalfi

Helen Amalfi passed away on Friday, February 27,2026 at 101 yrs old. 

She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Fred Amalfi and her son, Charles Amalfi. 

She is survived by her daughters, Rose Volo, Deborah (Dale) Walb and her daughter-in-law Carmen Amalfi; grandchildren, Michael (Clare) Volo, Michelle Volo, Charles (Bobbie) Volo Jennifer (James) Zewe, Matthew (LeeAnn) Walb, Lauren Walb, Kelli Stanley and Ron Valentine; great grandchildren, Angelo (Rachel),Domenic, & Victoria Volo, Quinn Walb, Easton Lewallen, Sarah and Allysa Stanley; great-great grandchildren, Colt and Alara; also many nieces, nephews, and friends that were always thought of as family.

She will be missed by her family and all who knew her! She was a constant in all our lives. She loved us all and never wanted to leave us. 

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, 43 Gebhardt Rd, Penfield, NY, on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 11:00am. The family will meet guests at church prior to mass at 10:15.
