Frank was the coolest person that I had the pleasure to call him my friend. He left us to soon me and my husband Jeff love going over to visit and hang out and he was always telling us about his smoke that he loves the best beside him with his wife Lori .So Frank was awesome and I can remember time when me and my husband stop by to visit he would be in his underwear and he would even go out side like but a friend he was to everybody. So Frank watch over Lori she is going to need it. We will miss you Frankie From Betty and Jeff Bowker

Frank a man who didn’t have much but had a smile and personality that was worth a million dollars! Anything you asked Frank would do and never wanted a hand out. It broke heart Sunday night watching Lori , so worried and Johnnie working so hard to save you. One of my memories was when we went to silver lake and you jumped in , swam a bit and when you came back your license was slipping out of your back pocket , we ask ., Frank why do you carry your license, his response was just in case I drowned they’ll know who I am, when they look they’ll say damm Frank ain’t looking so good.. we all laughed so hard. You were the meaning of a true friend .. we will miss you dearly.. we love you buddy .

Frank was always able to lift you up and make you laugh. What a great friend/ uncle he’s been to our family. Always watched out for me when my parents went away. We would sit out back with Laurie and my parents talking about the humming birds and review the migration charts. Somehow he always seemed to have more birds in his yard so I would say I’m gonna trail sugar from your house to ours and steal your birds. He would just laugh. The type of person who would give you the shirt off his back. Being there with Laurie and my dad in his last moments will always be with me. Hard to lose such a caring soul.
