I always will remember John. The last time I saw John I asked him how he was doing. He told me he’s still on the right side of the tiles. My deepest condolences to his family

Dear Niki,
Johnnie was heroic as he navigated all his health challenges over the years with dignity and good natured humor. You and the boys were with him every step of the way. We were close friends from early childhood playing baseball and street hockey then navigating adolescence and adulthood. We always stayed in touch and in recent years constantly shared investment ideas. Diane and I send you love and blessings and are always here for you.

We were privileged to be next door neighbors and friends for many years. We raised our kids together. I enjoyed watching John out after work tossing the football with KC and JJ. We have many memories with our neighborhood dinner club. John gave the best hugs. He will be missed so much. Our love to you Niki, JJ, KC and your family.

Niki I am so very sorry and heartbroken. He was a wonderful guy and a social mentor to this shy geeky kid at Marshall and SUNY Brockport. So sorry I can’t attend the services bc I’m out of the country for 2 weeks. The precious memories are pouring back as I’m writing this. I will never forget him. God Bless you and your family!

I am very sorry to hear of your family's loss. I had many great memories spending time with John. Whether we were playing basketball together or just enjoying conversation with each other, we were friends. Though it has been a long time that we talked, I always considered him a close friend. Always with good thoughts. In a moment and twinkling of the eye he is in the presence of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. No more suffering for him. I will be praying for the family for comfort in this most difficult, painful time. I am sorry for your loss. Thomas Campopiano

Our Deepest and Heartfelt Sympathy is being sent to Nicki and Family and Carm, Dennis and Family. Growing up on Curlew Street the Boys in the neighborhood would walk by and I was quite shy but John would always stop and say hello and ask how I was doing. He was Such a Good Soul and finally at Peace in Heaven where we will see him again one day. May our God Jesus keep you All in His Hands and provide you all with Peace and Understanding while you are going through this unimaginable time. Mary Culhane LaMagro

Niki and family, John has always been my favorite work buddy and friend. We always got a long like brothers and I always enjoyed his humor and positive outlook on life. He adored you Niki and was always proud of the boys. We were going to stop by Naples in February and were hoping to see his smiles one more time. He was a tough fighter to the end. Rest in peace until we meet again.
