Obituary of Patricia E. Castiglione

On January 24, 2026, in Rochester, NY, Patricia E. Castiglione passed away surrounded by her loving family. Pat was a remarkable woman whose strength, courage, and boundless love defined her life. She was very much the heart of her family, a steady force of comfort and a fierce protector of those she loved. 

Pat is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Robert Castiglione. She leaves behind her children, Robert (Kim) Castiglione, Alicia (Michael) Altieri and Tiffany Castiglione, along with her cherished grandchildren, Joseph and Nicholas Castiglione, Jagger, Alexa and Jace Altieri, and Ariana Castiglione; as well as her beloved brother, Louis Tasciotti, twin sister, Joanne (Gerry) Caschette, brothers- in-law, sisters- in-law, and many nieces and nephews. Pat is predeceased by her parents Samuel and Ida Tasciotti, brother Daniel Tasciotti, and sister RoseMary (Frank) Petote.

Later in life, she faced health challenges always with resilience and grace, fighting with everything she had, never giving up. Even in the hardest moments, she showed unwavering determination, courage, and a selflessness that put others before herself. Her strength was not only how hard she fought, but also in how deeply she loved.

Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void, her legacy endures through the lives she touched and the love she gave so freely. She will be remembered for her brave, fierce spirit, her gentle heart, her generosity, and the powerful example she set.

Please join us to celebrate Pat’s life on Monday February 2, 2026, at Church of the Holy Spirit, 1355 Hatch Rd, Webster, NY, at 10:30 am. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
