Obituary of Jackie M. (Interlicchia) Fagan

ONTARIO- Jackalyn "Jackie" M.(Interlicchia) Fagan, 37, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday January 19, 2026.

Jackie was born in Warwick, NY on September 22, 1988, to John and Andrea Interlicchia. She was the beloved wife of Nicholas R. Fagan.

She is survived by her devoted husband Nicholas Fagan. She leaves behind her parents John and Andrea Interlicchia. Brother Dominic(Kristen) Interlicchia. Grandparents Jack and Marie Costa.

Calling hours will be held at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Road, (Rte. 250) Webster, New York 14580, on Tuesday, January 27th, 2026, from 3-7 PM. A Mass of Catholic burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Cathedral., 296 Flower City Park, Rochester, New York 14615 on Wednesday, January 28th, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Rochester, New York.
