Joseph P. Guglietta 

(July 29, 1931 – October 5, 2025)

Rochester, NY

Joseph P. Guglietta, 94, entered into the loving arms of Jesus on October 5, 2025, in Rochester, New York. Joseph was a devoted father, cherished “Papa”, “Great-Papa,” and a dear friend to so many. His gentle spirit, quick wit, and deep love for his family touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

He was predeceased by his beloved son, Thomas, and his precious granddaughter, Angelica. Joseph is survived by his devoted companion, Emily Rohe; his children Frank (Teresa) and Lisa (Salvatore) Marcera; grandchildren Joseph (Mariella), Jacquelyn (Steven Bokor), Frank, Salvatore, Cellina (Pat Mitchell) and Maria. He also leaves behind nine great-grandchildren; his loving sister, Roselie Spinelli; and many nieces, nephews, cousins. 

Joseph is also lovingly remembered by Emily’s family — Susan and Michael Candaras, and Tim and Michael Rohe — who held a special place in his heart and shared in many wonderful memories together.

Romans 11:25-26 “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.” 

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. 

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, October 12th from 1-4pm at Falvo Funeral Home located at 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd., Webster, NY 14580.
