Oh sweet kind Uncle Dick where do I start you were always so nice and welcoming to me. I remember at reunions talking about the Yankees and how much we both loved them. The Yankees know they have the greatest fan looking down on them! And, because your such an angel maybe the Yankees will WIN! You and Aunt Terry had such a beautiful love and still do. I guess Aunt Terry and I were lucky enough to be the babysitter (lol) because we both got the best men a women could ask for! It has been an honor and privilege to have known you Uncle Dick. Keep them jokes coming from the heavens above because Mark and I sure are going to miss the jokes we talk about that all the time. Your jokes were the best. Sending love and big hugs to you in heaven. I sure hope god knows what an angel he has now. You RIP Uncle Dick. Aunt Terry my heartfelt condolences to you and your family. Your a great women one of the best. We love you Aunt Terry always remember Uncle Dick is always with you and around you. God bless you and your family in your time of sorrow. May he bring you all peace and comfort.
Love,
Mary Latour

I met Dick LaGoy on my first day of work at Lawyer's Co-op in January 1958. From that day on, we were close friends, family and all. At just about the same time we went from Proofpress Operator to Linotype Operator at Lawyer's Co-op. We both worked nights and drove a Webster Schoolbus as a parttime job. Lawyer's Co-op was a family operated business and we on the night shift were all family. In October 1967, I left for the Government Printing Office in Washington, DC, and retired from there at the end of 2005. The whole nightshift was like a family. Good friends and good times. Dick was 3 weeks older than me. I would always let him know his was older than me. He will be missed. He has a wonderful family.

Dearest Dick, It's Mick. We have had so many wonderful memories together, with family and us. Over the years our relationship began when you were my bus driver in 1965. Then I babysat for Ginny and David. Soon you were dating Tee, wedding to be. I became Aunt Mick to your 4 incredible boys. The LaGoy family annually visited me and my family in California. Many trips to NY on my part began in your beautiful home and you always welcomed me and my two daughters, Alexis and Brittany, with open arms.
You have treated me as a sister and friend. You are my Bro. Total unconditional love between us.
Life won't be the same without you. I will miss you always and treasure all the memories we made.
