Obituary of Mary Ellen Schiano
Mary Ellen was called to heaven on August 19, 2025. She was predeceased by her husband, Butch; Brothers and sisters. Survived by her daughters; Cindy (Mark) Marino, Amy Zaccaglino, Lynne (Carey) Vick, son-in-law, Lenny Zaccaglino, Grandchildren: Marcy (Tim) Garbach, Jenna (AJ) Randisi, Nicholas (Anna) Marino, Amanda (Terry) Wojick, Tony (Michelle) Zaccaglino, Chelsy (Matt) Rodenhizer, Michael (Lauren) Vick; 18 great-grandchildren; Also, many other family members and friends.
Mary Ellen and her beloved husband, Butch, enjoyed spending time at their summer home on Lake Ontario, vacations, being with family and making wonderful memories with those she loved. She also enjoyed seeing Broadway shows here in Rochester, shopping trips with her daughters and granddaughters, reading, movies and a good glass of wine. Mary Ellen enjoyed a long career in retail jewelry sales and in retirement worked at Chico's where she was able to share her excellent sense of fashion with others.
Her family will receive friends on Sunday, August 24, from 3pm – 6pm at Falvo Funeral Home 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Rd. Webster, N.Y. 14580. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 25, at 10:30am at St. Rita’s Church 1008 Maple Drive Webster, N.Y. 14580.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Webster Comfort Care Home.
