I’m going to miss my brother from another mother and his singing. His sense of humor made me smile many times during our phone conversations. Jim was a quiet kid. But a wicked sense of humor. Seeing Jim at our class reunions was one of the highlights each time. I loved his quiet silliness. RIP, my friend. There is never enough time. My sincere condolences to your wonderful family. You will truly be missed.

Uncle Jack O. Bryant’s daughters Caroline (James Tatum Jr.) and Jacqueline (Preston Johnson) and their families are deeply saddened to hear of the loss of such a wonderful person; but, we are just as honored to have met James (Jim) Sandy. He will always be in our memories and in our hearts. We would like to extend our deepest condolences to his wife cousin JAnn Sandy and their 2 daughters Sherren & Margot Sandy and many other family members. What a wonderful time we had at our 50th reunion for the John Marshall High School, class of 1966! Jim was the MC of several of our reunions, including that one. He roped me into at least one of his crazy skits. In recent years, his correspondence with me always included silly rhymes, and he often sang to me over the phone! He was always too busy during our school days with basketball and baseball to ever have joined the choir, however. Jim could be secretly mischievous. He knew that I always said that he was a “quiet subversive.” Here he is pictured at our 50th with me and Randy John, another close friend. My husband José (“Pepe”) and I send our sincerest , thoughts, and prayers to JAnn, Sherren, and Margot. Jim, dear friend, rest in peace. Patricia (Adams) Justicia-Linde
