Although I did not ever personally meet Mrs. Costanza- I knew her and her goodness through her son Sam. Sam sold me Fuel through his Costanza Fuel. Monroe Oil companies. Sam was always kind and gracious to me and my family. At one point I had some challenges and Sam always worked with me despite a big balance owed to him. Sam could not have been kinder to me. This graciousness did not just happen.. clearly Sam learned this kindness and patience from his Mother and his family. So I publicly thank Mrs. Costanza for making Rochester a better place through being a good Mother and watching your goodness branch out into the community through the works of your family and son Sam. I am so sad to hear this news. Phyllis Costanza and her husband were the most amazing people. I will always be grateful for being graced with the privilege of being a part of their family or even a short period of time. Phyllis was an amazing person and I have thought about her often over the years. My condolences to the family.
