My sincere sadness for the family with this sudden loss. Though he is gone, his love remains, A cherished memory that sustains. In every shared laugh, every tender glance, His presence lingers, a comforting trance. We hold him close within our hearts, Where love's sweet melody never departs. Dave filled us with fun loving memories and has a special place in my heart. I will miss him dearly. We always talked about business, but quickly focused on playing games with the boys. To the Herman Family, I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Dave. I wish you all peace and comfort during this time. I met Dave many years ago. He was one of the assistant managers at John's Round Up Restaurant (my first job). He was a great guy and fun to work with! He liked to break my chops! "I need a case of fries, Chris!" Dave was a wonderful neighbor and friend and will be dearly missed. He took an interest in mine and my husband’s hobbies and spoke very highly of his children and ex-wife. When my husband was taken to the hospital in an ambulance, Dave came over to comfort me and make sure I was okay. His kindness, especially in that moment, meant the world when I felt so alone and scared. We feel truly blessed to have known such a beautiful soul. He touched our lives in special way. Prayers to family and friends, and may you find comfort in the memories and cherish them forever.
